Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with NEC diagnosed clinically; 2. The patients whose parents agree to participate in this study should sign the informed consent form with the consent of the patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with congenital intestinal malformations, such as congenital intestinal atresia, Hirschsprung's disease, intestinal malrotation and primary intestinal perforation, will be excluded from this study; 2. Children with blood coagulation disorders; 3. Patients who had surgery or died were excluded.
