14 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Collect the DEL patients hospitalized in West China Hospital during 2015-2020 (1) Age: 14-80 years old; (2) Pathological diagnosis: DEL by immunohistochemical staining MYC>40% and BCL-2>50%; (3) Patients were received at least one complete chemotherapy course for effects evaluation; (4) Gene sequencing: the next generation sequencing for DEL patients samples to analyze gene mutations and correlation of efficacy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients were not hospitalized in West China Hospital or could not evaluated effects; (2) Patients with central primary lymphoma; (3) Patients with DHL.
