Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. inclusion criteria for insomnia group (1) Aged >= 18 years; (2) Dignosed with insomnia according to the criteria of ICSD-3; (3) With normal intelligence; be able to understand and sign informed consent, and to cooperate with experiments; (4) Right handedness. 2. inclusion criteria for control group (1) Age and gender are comparable to the insomnia group; (2) Without insomnia; (3) With normal intelligence; be able to understand and sign informed consent, and to cooperate with experiments; (4) Right handedness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with moderate to severe sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (AHI >= 15/min); 2. Complicated with other sleep disorders,such as parasomnias,sleep related movement disorders, central disorders of hypersomnolence, etc.; 3. Complicated with severe physical diseases, such as cardiopulmonary disease, liver and kidney disease, central nerverous system disease,diabetes,etc.; 4. Complicated with severe anxiety and depression; 5. Complicated with severe mental disease,such as epilepsy,schizophrenia; 6. Drug or alcohol addictionLong-term use of anti-inflammatory drugs, opioids or treatment drugs for related diseases; 7. A woman who is pregnant or on her menstrual period.
