Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted to the hospital with aortic Stanford A dissection as the main diagnosis; 2. Patients undergoing open surgery for aortic dissection; 3. The subjects are not limited to men and women, and the age range is =18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are clearly diagnosed as malignant tumors that seriously affect life expectancy 2.Patients with incomplete medical record information, incomplete diagnosis and treatment information, and lack of detailed aortic CTA and other related examinations
