Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age of patients >= 18 years old is not limited to men and women; 2. Patients with advanced gastric cancer confirmed by pathology or histology (ct3-t4a, N +, M0, all T4b and any metastasis); 3. The patients who voluntarily joined the study signed the informed consent; 4. Researchers think it can benefit.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with confirmed allergy to apatinib mesylate tablets and / or its excipients; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Patients with contraindications to apatinib; 4. Patients considered unsuitable by doctors.
