Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cases meeting the above diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine; 2. Patients with grade I, II and III according to the X-ray grading standard; 3. Patients without other diseases affecting the treatment and efficacy evaluation; 4. Patients between 45 and 70 years old (including boundary value); 5. Patients with static VAS pain index of 3-7 (including boundary value); 6. Patients with informed consent, volunteers and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are known to be allergic to the ingredients of this product or have a history of allergy to two or more drugs or foods; 2. Patients with unstable vital signs or severe organic diseases or psychosis of cardiovascular, lung, liver, kidney, brain and hematopoietic system; 3. Patients with severe organic injury of knee joint or having undergone operation; 4. Patients with open wound, poor skin condition and coagulation dysfunction around knee joint; 5. Patients with gout history, infection, tumor, autoimmune disease, trauma and other causes of knee pain; 6. Patients with obvious deformity of knee joint, such as flexion deformity, varus deformity and varus deformity; 7. Patients who have received acupuncture, oral non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, hormone injection or sodium hyaluronate, topical plaster, etc. in the past week; 8. Patients who are not suitable for acupuncture and cupping in other situations; 9. Pregnant or lactating women; 10. Patients who did not accept the treatment plan, did not use drugs according to the requirements, could not judge the curative effect or had incomplete data, which affected the experimental results.
