Conditions

Low degree against-the-rule corneal astigmatism linked with cataract

Interventions

A group:Toric IOL implantation
FLACS group:40 patients who used femtosecond laser (LenSx, Alcon Inc.) to make astigmatic keratotomy (AK) to correct corneal ATR astigmatism
manual group:40 patients, correctting corneal ATR astigmatism using limbal relaxing incision

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with age-related cataract; 2. Patients with low degree corneal astigmatism (0.75d-1.50d); 3. Pentacam HR (oculus, Germany), iTrace (Tracey, USA) and iol-master500 (Zeiss, Germany) were used to measure the corneal curvature (SimK) and the patients with good axial stability (the axial difference of astigmatism measured by the three devices was less than 10 degrees, the axial difference of astigmatism measured by the same device was less than 5 degrees, and the astigmatism value difference was less than 0.5d); 4. Patients with corneal spherical aberration ranging from 0.20 to 0.50um; 5. Patients with AcrySof IQ toric IOL or AcrySof IQ IOL; 6. Patients aged from 45 to 75 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with irregular corneal astigmatism; 2. Patients whose a angle or kapple angle is more than 0.5mm; 3. Patients with unstable tear film; 4. Patients with other eye diseases affecting vision; 5. Patients with poor function of suspensory ligament and rupture of posterior capsule were found during operation; 6. Patients with axial length longer than 28 mm were excluded; 7. Patients who cannot cooperate with the examination and cannot be followed up on time.
