18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-65 years; plan to undergo thoracolumbar surgery under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation;time of surgery more than 3 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: refuse being enrolled in the study;need surgery in emergency;have pulmonary basic disease;New York Heart Association class III or IV or have other heart disease; severe hepatic and renal dysfunction;body mass index more than 30 kg/m2
