Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The eligible participants must meet the following criteria: (1) Diagnosis of MCI (MoCA <= 26); (2) ADL score <= 18; (3) The Clinical Dementia Rating Scale (CDR) is assessed at 0.5; (4) No regular physical exercise for at least half a year (regular exercise means exercise with a frequency of at least twice a week and at least 20 min per session); (5) Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Resistant hypertension; (2) severe visual or hearing loss; (3) evidence of severe psychiatric conditions (e.g., severe depression, active suicidal ideation, schizophrenia); (4) current severe medical conditions for which exercise is contraindicated; (5) history of alcohol and drug abuse; (6) participating in another clinical study.
