Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with suspected CNS autoimmune diseases such as autoimmune encephalitis, central nerve demyelinating disease; (2) Lumbar puncture has been performed, and cerebrospinal fluid specimens have been collected; (3) The patient gave informed consent and signed a written consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patient with incomplete clinical data. (2) Patient who asks to withdraw halfway.
