Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diabetes diagnosis criteria: The diabetes diagnosis criteria agreed upon by the WHO Diabetes Expert Committee in 2005 are the criteria for this study. 2. Inclusion criteria: Wagner stage 4 diabetic foot patients undergoing a treatment study of lateral tibial transfer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria or pre-operative medical treatment criteria: a. The following severe systemic diseases (before and after admission), such as diabetic ketoacidosis and hyperosmolar coma, need to be adjusted by medical treatment before surgery; b. The patient has severe chronic diabetes complications, such as acute heart and cerebrovascular accidents, require surgery after medical treatment. If the symptoms are not relieved, give up the surgery; c. Peripheral arterial disease above the middle artery and unable to recanalize; d. Severe liver and kidney damage, Such as aspartate aminotransferase or alanine aminotransferase higher than 2.5 times the upper limit of normal; creatinine higher than 1.5 times the upper limit of normal or serum creatinine concentration >= 133 µmol/L (male)/124 µmol/L (female) or creatinine clearance rate < 60 ml/min; e. Severe lung infections and poorly controlled cardiopulmonary insufficiency; f. Severe hypoalbuminemia (albumin level less than 30 g/L); g. Hemoglobin less than 90 g/L.
