Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) ICSI treatments failed or failed to fertilize for more than 2 times; (2) Participants with a fertility desire; (3) No definite cause of fertilization failure was found; (4) Family onset or close relative marriage history; (5) Informed consent was obtained from the patient; (6) Patients are willing to cooperate with this study and voluntarily provide biological samples (blood, semen, etc.).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with less than 5 oocytes retrieved; (2) There were definite causes of fertilization failure; (3) Through the existing technology, such as calcium ion activation, the problem of fertilization disorder can be solved.
