18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent screening colonoscopy by 6 trainees and 3 teachers in Endoscopy Center of Shanghai General Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Emergency colonoscopy; (2) colonic obstruction; (3) previous history of colonic operations; (4) planned therapeutic procedure (including polypectomy); (5) surveillance of inflammatory bowel disease; (6) hereditary polyposis syndrome; (7) unacceptable bowel preparation (solid); (8) patients older than age 80 years or younger than age 18 years; (9) those in whom it was difficult to identify the hepatic flexure and/or splenic flexure.
