Age
18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Having one or more of the following risk factors: 2. Family history of diabetes (first degree relative with T2DM); 3. Body mass index (BMI) before pregnancy (23kg/m2); 4. Advanced age (35 years of gestation); 5. Preconception PCOS; 6. Pregnancy impaired fasting glucose, IFG or impaired glucose tolerance IGT; 7. History of GDM in previous pregnancy; 8. A history of giant births.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre-pregnancy diagnosis of diabetes or other glucose and lipid metabolic diseases; 2. Combined with severe internal and surgical diseases; 3. Drugs that affect glucose and lipid metabolism should be taken during pregnancy; 4. Failure to regularly complete prenatal examinations or to deliver in our hospital leads to failure to obtain complete medical records; 5. 20 weeks of gestation at the first obstetric examination.
