Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical diagnosis of liver cancer, adrenal tumor, gastric cancer, transverse colon cancer; 2. Proposed upper abdominal surgery: partial hepatectomy, partial adrenalectomy, radical resection of gastric cancer, radical resection of transverse colon cancer; 3. Aged 18-70 years, gender not limited; 4. Anesthesia Grade ASA I-III; 5. Voluntary cooperation, signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients allergic to local anesthetics; 2. Endocrine disorders; 3. Patients with mental illness; 4. Coagulation dysfunction; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Morbidly obese; patients with severe heart and lung diseases; 7. Puncture site infections; patients with immune diseases; 8. From a medical point of view, it is necessary for the subject to suspend the test; 9. The patient himself requests to stop the test.
