Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The diagnostic criteria were based on the Chinese Guidelines for the Treatment of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) formulated by the Endocrinology Group of the Chinese Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the Guidelines Expert Group in 2018: scanty menstruation or amenorrhea or irregular uterine bleeding were required for the diagnosis. In addition, one of the following two criteria must be met: (1) Clinical manifestation of hyperandrogenism or hyperandrogenemia; (2) Ultrasound manifestation of polycystic ovarian changes PCOM: ultrasound indicates >= 12 follicles of 2-9 mm in diameter and/or ovarian volume >= 10 ml in one or both ovaries. The healthy control group was obtained from the health checkup center of the Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine. All healthy control enrollees were required to have a normal menstrual cycle (25-35 days) without clinical and/or biochemical hyperandrogenic manifestations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclude people taking hormonal drugs in the last 3 months or using drugs that affect insulin sensitivity (such as metformin, etc.), people with severe liver, kidney, lung, hematopoietic insufficiency and heart diseases, autoimmune diseases, etc.
