Control Group:Five minutes of Tai Chi Quan and 35 minutes of rest

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy participants who are between the ages of 18 and 40 years; 2. without symptoms of musculoskeletal pain in the lower back or other areas occurred within 3 weeks prior to the test; 3. no analgesic or sedative drugs have been used; 4. no non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs were used within 48 hours before the test; 5. no physical therapy (such as shockwave, infrared electrotherapy and acupuncture) was received; 6. no regular practice of Tai Chi Quan in recent 3 months; 7. irregular exercise habits;no muscle fatigue within 24 hours before the test; 8. participate voluntarily and sign written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with motor and sensory dysfunction; 2. with broken or diseased skin; 3. be in unhealthy mental state; 4. have a history of lumbar surgery; 5. pregnant or be preparing for pregnancy; 6. have a history of drug and alcohol abuse.
