18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy adults age 18-30 y. 2. Body mass index in the range of 19.0 – 24.0 kg/m2. 3. Stable weight (change <± 3%) for 3 months prior to the study. 4. Healthy lifestyle with regular eating, sleep and exercise pattern. 5. No medications within 3 months prior to the study. 6. No acute and chronic diseases (especially GI disorders) as determined by medical history, physical examination and laboratory tests. 7. No caffeine or alcohol intake habit. 8. No use of tobacco. 9. No dietary restrictions (e.g. vegetarianism). 10. Able to sign consent independently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Shift work or jet lag within 3 months and during the experiment. 2. Antibiotics were applied in the last 3 months. 3. Patients with a history of gastrointestinal diseases (including existing gastrointestinal diseases). 4. Diseases with abnormal clinical manifestations that need to be excluded, including but not limited to nervous system, cardiovascular system, blood and lymphatic system, respiratory system, digestive system, urinary system, immune system, kidney, liver or metabolic disorders, or mental system diseases. 5. Pregnant or breast-feeding. 6. Insomnia. 7. Participants in other experiments within the last 3 months.
