Interventions

Rehabilitation Guidance Group:Twice General rehabilitation instructions were given within 3 months after fracture
Full cycle rehabilitation group:3 months of hospital rehabilitation training (hospital + community) followed by 9 months of home rehabilitation after fracture

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly diagnosed osteoporotic vertebral fracture or hip fracture, within 3 months after the occurrence of fracture. 2. Aged >= 65 years, male or female. 3. Participate this study voluntarily, are willing to receive systematic anti-osteoporosis drug therapy and rehabilitation therapy according to the program, and be followed up regularly. 4. Suitable for rehabilitation treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with severe disfunction of heart, liver, kidney or other systemic diseases. 2. History of mental abnormalities. 3. Being unconditionally or not willing to accept anti-osteoporosis drug therapy and rehabilitation therapy for 3 months after fracture. 4. With contraindications for the treatment of bisphosphonates and teriparatide injection. 5. With contraindications for rehabilitation treatment. 6. With unstable cause of secondary osteoporosis. 7. Researchers considered the patients not suitable for this study. 8. Participating in other clinical studies.
