Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients with hip fracture as the experimental group, elderly patients with osteoporosis without fracture and healthy people as the control group (diagnostic criteria reference guide); 2. The elderly patients were older than 60 years; 3. BMI is between 18 and 37 (as close as possible).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Including medical symptoms affect bone metabolism, such as teenagers or premenopausal idiopathic osteoporosis, hyperthyroidism, hyperparathyroidism and a longer fixed time (> 3 months), chronic drug use, alcoholism, chronic gastrointestinal diseases, chronic kidney injury significantly (CKD IV and V), significant chronic liver injury, serious neuropathic disease, instability of cardiovascular disease or uncontrolled high blood pressure; 2. Pharmacological doses of adrenal or anabolic steroids, estrogens, antacids, anticonvulsants, anticoagulants, vitamin A, fluoride, bisphosphonates, calcitonin, tamoxifen or parathyroid hormone (PTH) in the past 6 months of any chronic treatment; 3. Glione; 4. The fracture is not acute (as determined by history, radiography, and MRI screening of the spinal cord); 5. Patients with pathological fracture (i.e. rupture caused by local tumor, tumor-like lesion or focal decalcification visible on X-ray film).
