Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 3~14 years with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome diagnosed by polysomnography.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Oral diseases: DFMT >= 4 or bleeding index BI >= 3 or average periodontal pocket depth PD >= 3mm or other oral diseases (oral mucous membrane disease, oral tumor/oral cancer); 2. Any active infection (i.e., bacterial, fungal or viral) and systemic disease (lung, liver, kidney, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, neurological, endocrine, immune, etc.) that may affect oral flora; 3. Congenital malformations or genetic syndromes (such as cleft lip and palate, Downs syndrome, Crozon syndrome, etc.); 4. Central or mixed sleep apnea.
