Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. OSAHS patients with oral disease; 2. Age range from 3-70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Existence of any local or systemic diseases contraindicating treatment; 2. Allergy to titanium implants and not tolerate or cooperate with the expansion treatment; 3. Acute or serious maxillary sinusitis, osteomyelitis or osteoporosis; 4. Bruxism or tobacco and alcohol history; 5. Psychologica or mental disease; 6. Pregnant or lactating women; 7. Tobacco and alcohol history.
