1 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 1 month-18 years; 2. Imaging support diffuse bronchiectasis diagnosis; 3. No primary or secondary immunodeficiency disease; 4. Retention of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and examination of macrogenomics; 5. Accord with the indication of electronic bronchoscopy; 6. Clinical data are relatively complete and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with chronic respiratory diseases other than diffuse bronchiectasis; 2. Children with other acute or chronic diseases of the organ system, such as acute renal failure, heart failure, chronic renal insufficiency, congenital heart disease, diabetes, etc .; 3. Contraindications for electronic bronchoscopy.
