Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA class I - III, aged 18 to 100 years, 40-85 kg weight; (2) The unilateral femoral surgery; (3) The operating time < 3 hours; (4) Good compliance and cooperation..

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Allergic to local anesthetics; (2) Puncture site infection; (3) Deformity of needle insertion site; (4) Neurological diseases; (5) Serious coagulant function abnormality, such as spontaneous bleeding tendency, hemophilia; (6) Patients with heart failure, cerebral infarction sequela; (7) long-term use of anticoagulants or sedative analgesics; (8) Combined with infectious diseases; (9) With serious medical diseases or trauma.
