single arm:In self-control, during the period of osseointegration of the implant, the traditional denture was worn first, and then the overdenture assisted by short implant was worn.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Good health, no systemic diseases, to meet the surgical requirements of dental implants; 2. The mandibular posterior teeth were continuously missing, the number of unilateral missing teeth was at least 3 (excluding the third molars), and there was healthy periodontal tissue around the natural teeth; 3. Dissatisfied with the original removable denture; 4. Aged 18-80 years; 5. Radiological examination showed that the bone mass could not accommodate the conventional implant with 8-10mm, and the bone mass was mild to moderate; 6. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Physical and mental disability with interference maintenance. 2. Severe bone and jaw deformities. 3. Bite tight. 4. Had an implant operation. 5. A person who abuses drugs or alcohol. 6. Has received radiotherapy for the head and neck for malignant tumors. 7. Chemotherapy is under way. 8. Long-term use of steroids, immunosuppressants or bisphosphonates. 9. Patients with insulin dependent diabetes mellitus and patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus. 10. Patients affected by chronic kidney or liver disease. 11. Systemic or local skeletal diseases and pathology. 12. Severe heart and lung disease. 13. Hemophilia prone to bleeding and postoperative infection. 14. Hemophilia patients at risk of developing bacterial endocarditis. 15. Immunocompromised patients, including those living with HIV.
