Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case group: patients who met the clinical diagnostic criteria of HNPCC, had MMR gene mutation confirmed by gene detection, and were diagnosed as colorectal cancer by colonoscopy combined with pathological diagnosis; Control group: 1. The spouse living with the case group and no abnormality was found by colonoscopy; 2. Family members with gene mutation and no abnormality found by colonoscopy; 3. No mutation was found in the family and no abnormality was found by colonoscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who have taken antibiotics, probiotics or prebiotics, proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) in recent 3 months; 2. Patients with history of inflammatory bowel disease; 3. Vegetarians; 4. Subjects who had undergone colonoscopy, surgery or other invasive medical intervention in the past 3 months.
