Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Volunteers aged 18-30 years participated in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who took drugs that would affect muscle mass or muscle strength. 2. Subjects who participated in moderate intensity exercise for more than two hours a week. 3. Patients with stroke, serious heart disease, diabetes, neuromuscular diseases, which make them unable to participate in physical activities. 4. Patients with kidney and bladder stones. 5. Patients with arrhythmia, arrhythmia regulator and severe cardiovascular disease. 6. Patients with epilepsy and rheumatoid arthritis. 7. Patients with artificial joint implantation and recent operation in the past six months. 8. Patients with migraine, acute thrombosis and hernia. 9. Subjects who had been engaged in strenuous exercise or muscle soreness within 24 hours before the experiment. 10. Subjects who feel unwell due to other reasons during the experiment. 11. The BMI of obese people was more than 27, and the weight of subjects was more than 90 kg.
