40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Refer to the "key points for diagnosis of various cerebrovascular diseases" approved by the fourth national cerebrovascular academic conference and confirmed by CT or MRI examination; 2. Patients aged 40-70 years; 3. For patients with stable condition, the onset time is less than or equal to 6 months; 4. Patients with first attack, unilateral hemiplegia, accompanied by lower limb motor dysfunction; 5. Patients with Brunnstrom lower extremity stage >= II; 6. Right handed patients; 7. Patients with normal communication and no aphasia; 8. Patients with MMSE >= 24; 9. The patients and their families agreed to sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pacemakers and metal implants in the body; 2. Patients with severe bone, joint and muscle diseases; 3. Patients with serious life-threatening diseases such as liver and kidney and psychosis; 4. Patients with history of epilepsy or family history; 5. Patients with skull defect; 6. Patients with massive cerebral infarction or hemorrhage; 7. Patients who did not receive treatment; 8. Patients currently participating in other clinical trials.
