Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of the selected AD patients met the diagnostic criteria of NINCDS-ADRDA established by the national stroke Institute of neurologic disorders (NINCDS) and Alzheimer's disease and Related Diseases Association (ADRDA). 2. The patients with AD were tested with mini mental state examination (MMSE). 3. Patients with cognitive impairment were classified by MMSE < 24.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with dementia caused by other causes have been identified; 2. Patients with severe heart disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, cerebrovascular accident, malignant tumor, psychosis, brain trauma, drug alcoholism and taking drugs that may affect cognitive function; 2. Patients who do not cooperate with the examination.
