Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. First aid map of stroke can reduce pre hospital delay and improve thrombolysis rate: (1) Stroke patients in domestic cities; (2) At present, the city has not published the first aid map of stroke, and it is planned to publish the first aid map of stroke one year later; (3) The hospital has good quality control management of stroke; (4) Get ethical approval. 2. First aid map of stroke to reduce the delay of acute phase: (1) Stroke patients in domestic cities; (2) The city has not published the first aid map for stroke at present, but has applied for and plans to publish the first aid map for stroke in one year; (3) The hospital has good quality control management of stroke; (4) Get ethical approval. 3. Research on the construction of stroke emergency system with the core of stroke emergency map: (1) Stroke patients in cities at prefecture level or above; (2) The number of hospitals in the city map is more than 15; (3) The first aid map of stroke has been published in the city for 2 years or more; (4) The hospital has good quality control management of stroke; (5) Get ethical approval.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Stroke emergency map can reduce pre hospital delay and improve thrombolysis rate: (1) The stroke emergency map of the city failed to pass the audit and release within the planned time; (2) The quality control data of the hospital is seriously missing and the quality is poor. 2. First aid map of stroke to reduce the delay of acute phase: (1) The first aid map of stroke failed to pass the audit and release within the planned time; (2) The quality control data is seriously missing and the quality is poor. 3. Research on the construction of stroke emergency system with the core of stroke emergency map: (1) The province where the patient's city is located has published provincial stroke emergency maps covering the whole province (currently including Shanxi Province, Yunnan Province, Jilin Province, Henan Province, Hunan Province, Hebei Province, Sichuan Province, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Ningxia Autonomous Region). (2) The quality control data is seriously missing and the quality is poor. (3) The city where the patient is located cannot cooperate to complete the registration and assessment of 21 items in the list.
