Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with autism meeting DSM-IV diagnostic criteria; 2. The score of ABC scale of autistic patients was more than 53; 3. Patients with detailed information and informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unclear diagnosis; 2. Patients with other mental and physical diseases.
