Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women who came to hospital during 14~36 gestational weeks for routine pregnancy tests and during 20~36 gestational weeks for preterm birth intervention. Premature delivery, according to the 2014 guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of preterm labor, refers to ones with 4 contractions per 20 min or 8 contractions per 60 min, along with the progressive shortening of cervical canal, accompanied with dilation of uterine mouth, as premature delivery in labor; the appearance of aforementioned uterine contraction but without the dilation of the uterine mouth, with the cervical length measured by vaginal ultrasound being less than 20mm, is defined as threatened premature labor. Both of the above should be included in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. The imaging data, clinical data and pathological data are incomplete. b. Pregnant women with gestational diabetes, hypertension, cholestasis and other diseases. c. Pregnant women with cervical diseases, or those who have undergone cervical ligation before or during pregnancy, or those who have undergone cervical LEEP knife, cervical biopsy, or other operations involving the cervix before pregnancy. d. Those during this pregnancy with fetal malformation, polyhydramnios or oligohydramnios. e. Those with abortion occurring within 20 weeks.
