TAP group:subcostal transversus abdominis plane block

Control group:routine clinical analgesia

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age:18-65 years old; 2.ASA grade I-II; 3.BMI >= 35.0kg/m2; 4.Elective laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Turn into open sleeve gastrectomy; 2. Liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. History of gastrointestinal bleeding; 4. Long-term use of anticoagulant drugs or coagulation dysfunction 5. Chronic pain or history of long-term medication for sedation and analgesia 6. History of mental disorder 7. Be allergic to local anesthetics 8. Damaged or allergic skin at the puncture site.
