Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Neurology department and physical examination center patients aged >18 years; The diagnosis of insomnia shall meet the relevant criteria in DSM-5, that is, if the patient has sufficient sleep time, he/she has difficulty falling asleep (sleeping time is more than 30min), difficulty in sleep maintenance (the number of awakenings after falling asleep >= 2 times) and/or early awakening. At the same time, it was accompanied by other daytime dysfunction, such as decreased work efficiency, irritability and concentration failure, which occurred >= 3 times per week and lasted >= 3 months. Hypertension is diagnosed in accordance with the relevant criteria of the ESC/ESH Hypertension Guidelines 2018, jointly issued by the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) and the European Society of Hypertension (ESH), i.e., systolic blood pressure >= 140mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >= 90mmhg. 1) Insomnia group: Inclusion criteria of insomnia combined with hypertension group: meet the diagnostic criteria of insomnia and hypertension. Inclusion criteria of the simple insomnia group: the patients met the diagnostic criteria of insomnia and did not have hypertension. 2) Non-insomniac group Inclusion criteria for the simple hypertension group: normal sleepers meeting the diagnostic criteria for hypertension. Inclusion criteria of healthy control group: no hypertension and normal sleep.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Secondary insomnia; Combined with mental illness; Use sedative, antipsychotic drugs; Women during pregnancy; With apnea, restless leg syndrome and other sleep disorders; Complicated with secondary hypertension and severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; Take cortisol-affecting drugs within 2 weeks; Long-term drinking, smoking, tea, coffee, etc.
