Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Insomnia group: Inclusion criteria: A. Aged >= 18 years and less than 70 years; B. Meet the criteria for insomnia in DSM-5, namely difficulty falling asleep, difficulty in sleep maintenance and/or early awakening, accompanied by daytime dysfunction (such as difficulty in concentration, etc.), >= 3 times/week, lasting >= 3 months; C. Did not use any sedative-hypnotic drugs or antidepressants within 2 weeks; D. Education >= 7 years, no listening and understanding disorder; E. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign informed consent. Normal sleep group: healthy volunteers matched by sex, age and education were selected as the control group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. Secondary insomnia; B. Other sleep disorders and mental disorders, including apnea and restless leg syndrome; C. Use sedation, anti-psychiatric drugs, etc.; D. Women during pregnancy; E. Combined with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, cardiopulmonary insufficiency, dementia, etc.
