Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) According to the patient's history, physical examination, imaging examination, diagnosed as hip joint disease, including femoral head necrosis, type I acetabular dysplasia, hip osteoarthritis, etc., patients who need unilateral total hip arthroplasty for the first time; (2) Aged 20-60 years, regardless of gender; (3) Quadriceps muscle strength of the affected side 4-5; (4) Signing informed consent for operation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe mental disease, systemic disease or other basic diseases and poor local skin conditions who are unable to accept total hip replacement surgery; (2) Poor mental and conscious state, unable to cooperate with researchers; (3) poor compliance, not cooperating with or refusing participants, and missing during the interview; (4) patients with severe osteoporosis, severe pelvic deformity, and hip joint trauma; (5) patients with previous hip surgery and internal fixation; (6) stiff hip, ankylosing spondylitis, dysplasia of hip above type II and infectious arthritis.
