Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients were 18-60 years old; 2. The patients had chronic sleep snoring, daytime somnolence and other symptoms, and was diagnosed as OSAHS by overnight PSG; 3. Patients who can't tolerate CPAP treatment and have surgical intention and indications; 4. Patients receiving OSAHS surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other sleep disorders, such as central sleep apnea, upper airway resistance syndrome, restless legs syndrome, and rapid eye movement sleep disorder; 2. Patients who have received other surgical treatment related to OSAHS; 3. Severe cranial-maxillofacial deformity; 4. Patients with obvious hypotonia and megaloglossia; 5. Severe periodontitis or poor oral hygiene; 6. Having heart failure or cardiac insufficiency; 7. People with coagulation disorders; 8. Having a mental illness or mental disorder; 9. Airway inflammatory diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, chronic bronchitis and systemic diseases such as rheumatoid disease; 10. Failure to sign informed consent.
