Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the disease diagnostic criteria for moderate and severe AD and BPSD. (2) Those who are >= 60 years old, can cooperate with bright light therapy and brain functional magnetic resonance examination. (3) The subject himself and his immediate family members signed a written informed consent form. Note: Subjects who meet the above 3 items at the same time can be included in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) People with severe visual and hearing impairment; (2) Failure of vital organs (heart, lung, liver, kidney, etc.) and critical illness; (3) Long-term alcohol and drug abusers; (4) Those who cannot cooperate to complete the bright light therapy, neuropsychological assessment and magnetic resonance examination for any reason; (5) Patients with epilepsy; (6) Those undergoing other clinical trials. Note: Subjects who meet any of the above should be excluded.
