Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic total hysterectomy. 2. Aged 18-66 years, body mass 44-80 kg, BMI 16-29 kg/m2, ASA I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to narcotic drugs; 2. puncture site infection; 3. abnormal blood coagulation function; 4. lumbar and abdominal radiotherapy or surgery history; 5. neuromuscular or mental illness patients; 6. change the mode of operation and anesthesia; 7. severe cardiopulmonary diseases are not suitable for general anesthesia; 8. unable to understand and communicate; 9. patients who take sedative and analgesic drugs for a long time.
