18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with age >= 18 years old and <= 65 years old. 2. Patients with thyroid cancer diagnosed by preoperative ultrasound were confirmed as papillary carcinoma by postoperative pathology. 3. Patients with lesions located in the right lobe or bilateral lobe of thyroid gland. 4. Those patients whose lymph nodes behind the right recurrent laryngeal nerve were not found abnormal by preoperative ultrasound. 5. Patients who voluntarily join the study should provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with ASA grade >= IV. 2. Subjects with obvious malnutrition. 3. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease or other organ dysfunction. 4. Patients who need to return to ICU after operation. 5. Patients with mental illness and severe anxiety and depression. 6. Patients with other malignant tumors.
