Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with TAO according to battle's diagnostic criteria; 2. Exophthalmos seriously affects the appearance; 3. The patient developed exposure keratitis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Ocular deviation caused by extraocular muscle lesions; 2. Patients with thyroid associated ophthalmopathy and optic neuropathy; 3. Patients who can't receive a second operation; 4. Patients with general anesthesia intolerance.
