Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-75 years old, regardless of gender; 2. Patients requiring electronic gastroscopy and / or colonoscopy and / or treatment; 3. The patients who voluntarily participate in this clinical trial have signed the written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications of gastrointestinal endoscopy; 2. Pregnant and lactating women; 3. Those patients receiving emergency gastroscopy and / or treatment; 4. Patients with previous digestive tract surgery history; 5. Subjects who participated in other clinical trials one month before screening; 6. Patients with previous history of allergy to narcotic drugs; 7. The researcher thinks that it is not suitable to participate in this trial.
