18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-60 years old subjects, 2. According to the standards of American Society of anesthesiologists, patients with physical condition I or II were judged.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. For the subjects involved in drug allergy; 2. Subjects who have recently used a 2 receptor agonists; 3. Subjects with liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Patients with arrhythmia.
