Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects over 20 years old; 2. Subjects with gestation of 8-12 weeks (56-84 days, according to the last menstruation); 3. It was confirmed as intrauterine single live fetus by ultrasound examination; 4. Subjects who signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those subjects whose oral environment has changed will affect the observation of tongue picture; 2. Patients with major diseases (regardless of severity), including poorly controlled diabetes, uncontrolled hypertension, systemic lupus erythematosus, untreated or active cancer (excluding any cancer in remission or non melanoma skin cancer), liver disease, kidney disease, rheumatoid arthritis, heart disease, lung disease other than mild asthma, need medication The main causes of the disease include nervous system diseases, uncontrolled hypothyroidism, uncontrolled epilepsy and so on. 3. Subjects using alcohol or other central nervous system inhibitors, such as diazepam, phenobarbital, etc; 4. Subjects who did not receive follow-up.
