Interventions

MB group:continuous thoracic paravertebral block with methylene blue
NTP:continuous thoracic paravertebral block with NTP
Combination group:continuous thoracic paravertebral block with methylene blue and NTP
control group:continuous thoracic paravertebral block with local anesthetic

18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >= 18 years; 2. Patients were clearly diagnosed with PHN before 1-12 months, and the involved segment is T1~T12; 3. Patients present with skin neuropathic pain currently, and the pain number score NRS(numerical rating scale)> 6 points;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients have severe dysfunction of heartlungliverkidneyand the blood system; 2. Patient have acute general infection; 3. Patients have skin damage or local infection at the puncture site; 4. Patients with hemostatic disturbances; 5. Patients are allergic to drugs used in this study or are not suitable for nerve blockade; 6. Intravenous or oral NTP and methylene blue had been used to patients after the onset of herpes zoster;
