18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged between 18 and 70 years old; 2. The patients with dentition defect and different levels of bone defect (belong to BENIC bone defect 0-4 type); 3. Patients with healthy adjacent teeth or chronic periapical periodontitis after root canal therapy in the implant area; 4. The subjects with good oral hygiene condition had no uncontrollable periodontitis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental disorders; 2. Patients with osteoporosis or other malnutrition diseases; 3. Patients with diseases of hematopoietic system, digestive system or autoimmune system; 4. Patients with high or moderate hyperfunction; 5. Pregnant or lactating subjects; 6. Patients with alcohol or drug addiction; 7. Those subjects with large number of smokers (> 10 cigarettes / day); 8. Patients with a history of head and neck radiotherapy within 5 years; 9. Patients with untreated periodontitis; 10. Patients with immediate removal of the original implant; 11. Patients with total mouth bleeding and plaque index >= 25%; 12. Patients who can't receive regular follow-up visit.
