Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patients who met the diagnostic criteria of lumbar disc herniation were as follows: (1) History: symptoms of unilateral or bilateral nerve root injury or cauda equina injury. (2) Signs: positive signs of unilateral or bilateral nerve root injury or cauda equina injury. (3) Imaging examination: disc herniation or prolapse, compression of nerve root or cauda equina. 2. Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of discogenic low back pain: (1) Chronic low back and buttock pain, more than 6 months; (2) MRI showed hiz sign in single segment of intervertebral disc; (3) Discography showed leakage of contrast medium and induced original pain. 3.The patients who met the diagnostic criteria of lumbar spondylolisthesis were as follows: (1) Imaging examination confirmed lumbar spondylolisthesis (2) Accompanied by low back pain or lower limb radiation pain 4. Patients who failed to receive systematic conservative treatment for 3 months; 5. Patients with a course of less than 3 months and severe symptoms who actively require surgical treatment; 6. Patients between 18 and 80 years old, regardless of gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with spinal tumor, infection, tuberculosis and skin conditions that do not allow surgery; 2. Patients with contraindications of MR examination; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. Patients who cannot give full informed consent due to mental or behavioral disorders.
