Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 18 years old; 2. Asai-iii patients; 3. Patients with acoustic neuroma in half sitting position.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with esophageal varices; 2. Patients with abnormal coagulation function; 3. Patients with abnormal renal function; 4. Patients taking anticoagulants.
