Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients older than 18 years and younger than 65 years; 2. Patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes who have not yet reached the standard of blood glucose and need drug control after receiving diet and exercise therapy and lifestyle changes; 3. Subjects with LVEF > 50% and no previous record of LVEF <= 50%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with EGFR = 160mmhg and / or diastolic blood pressure >= 100mmhg; 8. Patients with coronary heart disease, severe valvular heart disease and cardiomyopathy; 9. Subjects with myocardial hypertrophy >= 12mm.
