Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 18 years old; 2. Patients who used polymyxin B in the treatment of cro pulmonary infection, and the treatment time of polymyxin B was more than 72 hours; 3. For patients who use polymyxin B repeatedly, the treatment period with the first polymyxin B treatment time >= 72 hours shall prevail; 4. Patients with definite pathogen results and drug sensitivity results indicating resistance to carbapenems; 5. Patients who volunteered to join the study signed informed consent, allowing researchers to use clinical data for research analysts.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant, planned or lactating women; 2. Patients undergoing cardiopulmonary resuscitation in ICU; 3. Patients with advanced malignant tumor and HIV infection; 4. Patients allergic to polymyxin B; 5. Patients with history of asthma; 6. Subjects who are participating in other clinical studies within 3 months.
